Who We Interact With

School Boards

We provide boards with strategy and insights. While we work in individual schools, we want to ensure that our work amplifies a single vision, as defined by it's district's board. 

School Leadership

We work with school leadership to create plans specific to the problems and assets they see in their school.  The strategy for changing the culture of their  school is dependent on their goals and insights. 

School Staff

Our goal for school staff is that they feel supported through development trainings and the Student-Teacher Support Initiative hrough our mentorship program. 

Students and Families

The bulk of our day-to-day work is done with individual students, building a base of young leaders. They get the opportunity to go on field trips, learn how to identify Wisdom in their lives, and actively work to change the culture in their own school. We involve parents whenever we can to ensure that they are on-board with what is happening in the lives of their children.
